All SB Fitness Personal Training sessions are bespoke! With an option of either Group Personal Training sessions or 1:1, we make sure we cater for everyone of all abilities! All sessions are based in Devon around the Tiverton, Cullompton and Wellington area.

Group Personal Training

SB Fitness Group Personal Training Sessions are a great, fun way to build your fitness levels with your friends, tone up and lose weight! Plus it splits the cost, so provides a cost effective way for people to experience working with a personal trainer! It allows us to work with more people at once, but still be in a small enough group to dedicate the entire session to achieving specific goals of individuals within the group.

Group Personal Training has become more popular in recent years, the main reasons for this are because it’s an affordable, fun way for our clients to take advantage of our instructors knowledge and expertise at a lower cost, all whilst keeping the fun and competitiveness of a group dynamic – usually with your friends!

Another reason small group training has become popular is due to the benefits you get of working in a group. You will realise that when you exercise in a group, you will establish relationships and make friends with other people in the group, which increases levels of motivation, enjoyment and dedication from everyone involved!
Our Group Personal Training sessions can be held in various locations including in a Gym, Outside or in your home. So don’t worry if you don’t want to go to a gym – we will come to you! Below are some examples of one of our group personal training sessions at their home, we bring all the equipment and try as much as we can to get outdoors in the garden! If you have any questions about potential locations for a session to be held, just let us know!

All personal training sessions and programmes are designed around what you, the client, wants to achieve and what you want to get out of the sessions. Included in our personal training session programmes are:

In summer we love to take our 1:1 personal training sessions outdoors, especially as we are based in Devon! However during winter or if preferable these can be done at home or in a gym.

If you’d like to exercise at home but either don’t have a lot of equipment or aren’t sure how to use what you have, in-home personal training is an perfect choice. We can show you exactly how to use what you have to get the best workout for you or we can bring equipment to give you a great workout. We can also make recommendations for equipment that will help you reach your goals. You don’t have to use equipment to get an effective workout at home. Bodyweight exercises are sometimes the best type of exercises to use depending on what your goal is. We have a wide range of bodyweight exercises you can choose from.
