You don’t need to book for our classes, just turn up! We’d love to see you there and always welcome new people!
If you are coming to a class for the first time, please arrive 10 minutes early so we can go through a health questionnaire with you and also introduce ourselves!
Classes are £5 per class and we also have a loyalty scheme! Get in contact with us for more information regarding this!
All personal training sessions are bespoke, designed with the aim to reach the goals of each individual we work with. Build your plan around your personal life, goals and what you find most enjoyable.
Personal Training sessions do need to be booked to ensure you get the time that you want. Availability is limited so letting us know as soon as possible is the best way to get a convenient time slot for yourself!
Let us know what you want to achieve and we will build your plan/programme to make sure you achieve it. We do either single sessions or block session, prices are available on request and quotes will be given depending on what you require.

If you are unable to make a personal training session that you have booked, please let us know AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
We understand that life can sometimes get in the way and situations can occur that prevent you being able to make a pre-booked session, but letting us know as soon as possible is really appreciated! We are very busy and may be able to fit someone else into the time slot that you no longer can make.
There is no charge to cancel your session, however if it continues to happen regularly, we may start to charge you for cancelling or ask you to no longer book sessions until you are certain you can make them. This is due to our availability and making sure we can book sessions to best suit the times of our clients.
